Ishizue Karate
Karate is predominately a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes, and open hand techniques, such as knife hands, spear hands, and palm heel strikes. Our style also teaches grappling, throws, joint locks, restraints, and vital point strikes.
Our Style
Ishizue Karate encompasses the skills and techniques of Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Shingitai Jiu Jitsu, and weapons training. Wherever the fight takes you or wherever you want to take the fight, our classes will make you prepared and confident. We don't want to create mindless warriors - by teaching and following Bushido, you will become a better person in life, on and off of the mats.
